Cancellation Policy

💖 PLEASE NOTE: Appointments are by reservation only. Please arrive exactly at your scheduled time. Refer to your 48-hour reminder for pre-treatment instructions. Cancellation & Reschedule Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Package Clients: One (1) session will be deducted from your remaining balance. Single Session Clients: A $50 fee will be charged to the card on file. Important: A valid card on file is required. If a card is not on file, the $50 fee must be settled before any future appointments can be scheduled or honored. Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued on services rendered, packages purchased, or prepaid treatments. Unused sessions will remain on your account and may be applied toward future appointments within the active package period. Package Policy: All packages are non-transferable and intended for use by the original client only. Packages must be used within 18 months of the purchase date. Any unused sessions after the expiration period will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated. In the case of medical circumstances such as pregnancy or other health-related conditions, expiration dates may be extended with proper communication and approval. This policy allows me to respect my time and provide every client with focused, prepared care. Thank you for understanding 💕 Payment Options: For your convenience, card payments are accepted. A 3.5% processing fee applies to card transactions. Cash and Zelle are also accepted to avoid processing fees.
